James and Kenneth admit to their excitement for the days ahead, showing admirable restraint in not discussing the escapades of the night before. Then Sue talks about how the inspirational Tony Elischer would steal the show on the Big Stage, piling the pressure on for Kenneth’s afternoon slot.
We get into the details of what makes a good mentor and how proud Sue is of all those who progress through the foundation she leads. Sue details the career twists and turns which have lead her to this point and how she can’t resist a new challenge. We admit to nerves around the results of some mystery shopping before we’re onto sweating the small stuff and wishing Kenneth luck for his crowd-pleasing slot in the afternoon.
